These Terms of Use, Medical Disclaimer and Privacy Policy (together, the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "the user") and DrFuncKey ("DrFuncKey," "we," "us," "our"). Your access to and use of our website, content, WhatsApp channels and referral service (together, the "Service") is offered strictly on the condition that you accept these Terms in full. Each time you use the Service you reconfirm your acceptance. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person — for example, arranging testing for a parent, family member or someone in your care — you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that you accept these Terms on their behalf as well as your own. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
DrFuncKey is a discovery, education and referral platform. In plain terms, we are a navigation layer: we help you understand which advanced diagnostic tests, longevity therapies and health services exist, explain in ordinary language what each one measures or does, and then, if you choose, point you onward to independent, licensed medical practitioners and accredited laboratories who can actually provide those services. That is the whole of what we do.
DrFuncKey is not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, pathology laboratory, diagnostic centre, pharmacy, nursing service or telemedicine provider. We are not a healthcare establishment of any kind, and we are not registered as one. We do not employ the doctors or laboratories you may ultimately deal with, we do not supervise their clinical work, and we do not stand between you and them. We are, functionally and legally, an information and introduction service — nothing more. Any impression to the contrary, however it may arise, is incorrect and is expressly disclaimed by these Terms.
Everything published on DrFuncKey — every description of a test, every explanation of a therapy, every article, chart, price range, comparison and suggestion — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it must not be treated as a substitute for a consultation with, examination by, or the considered judgment of a qualified medical practitioner who knows your individual history.
Using the Service does not create a doctor–patient relationship, a therapeutic relationship, or any professional or fiduciary relationship between you and DrFuncKey. We do not diagnose conditions, we do not prescribe or dispense medicines, we do not order tests in our own name, we do not interpret your results, and we do not design or deliver treatment. Where our content maps symptoms to possible areas of testing, it is doing so only to help you ask better questions of a real clinician — not to reach any conclusion about your health. You should never start, stop, delay or change any medication, treatment, diet, supplement or exercise programme on the basis of anything you read or receive through DrFuncKey. Always speak to a qualified doctor first.
It is important that you understand the mechanics, because they define the limits of our responsibility. When you engage with the Service, we help you understand your options and, at your request, we introduce or route you — typically via WhatsApp — to an independent registered medical practitioner and/or to accredited laboratories, imaging centres or therapy providers. From the moment that introduction is made, the relationship is directly between you and that independent provider. They decide, in their sole clinical discretion, whether a test or treatment is appropriate for you; they issue any requisition or prescription under their own name and registration; they perform, process and report the service; and they interpret the results and advise you. We are not a party to that clinical relationship and take no part in those decisions.
We do not guarantee that any particular practitioner will accept you, agree that a given test is warranted, be available within any timeframe, or reach any particular conclusion. A practitioner may decline to requisition a test they judge unnecessary or unsafe, and that is their prerogative and their professional duty. We simply open the door; what happens on the other side of it is a matter between you and the independent provider.
The doctors, laboratories, imaging centres, phlebotomy services and therapy providers referenced or introduced through the Service are independent third parties. They hold their own registrations, licences and accreditations, and they are solely and exclusively responsible for the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, timeliness and outcome of the services they provide. DrFuncKey does not own, operate, control, employ, insure or warrant any of them. Any contract for services is formed directly between you and the provider, on the provider's own terms, and any payment for testing, consultation or treatment is made to the provider or their agent, not to DrFuncKey, unless we tell you otherwise in writing for a specific service.
Advanced diagnostics, genomic and epigenetic tests, multi-cancer and other screening tests, whole-body imaging and functional-medicine panels can be valuable, but they also carry real and well-documented limitations that you must understand before you act. A result outside a reference range is not, by itself, a diagnosis; a result within range is not a guarantee of health. Screening tests can produce false positives that lead to anxiety, further invasive testing and cost, and false negatives that offer false reassurance. Some tests are newer, are not validated for general screening, or are not approved by regulators for the use you may have in mind. What any result means for you depends entirely on your full clinical picture and can only be judged by a qualified doctor. DrFuncKey makes no representation that any test is suitable for you, will detect or rule out any condition, or will improve any outcome.
Some therapies and medications described on the Service — including GLP-1 medications, hormone therapies, peptides, intravenous protocols and similar interventions — are prescription-only, are regulated, and in some cases are experimental, off-label or not approved by regulatory authorities for the uses people seek them for. Content about them is strictly educational. DrFuncKey does not prescribe, supply, sell, administer or recommend any medication or therapy. Whether any such intervention is appropriate for you can only be assessed and decided by an independent registered medical practitioner who knows your full history, and it must only ever be obtained through a lawful prescription and a licensed pharmacy or provider. Never source such products outside that route.
Where prices or price ranges appear on the Service, they are indicative only. For diagnostic tests, imaging and therapies these are approximate market ranges that we have gathered for education; they vary by provider, city, sample logistics and time, and they are not fees charged by DrFuncKey. Where we display exact package prices for specific blood-test bundles, those are the provider's prices as understood at the time of publishing and may change without notice; the price you actually pay is the one confirmed by the provider at the point of booking. DrFuncKey does not process clinical payments on providers' behalf unless expressly stated, does not handle insurance claims, and makes no promise about reimbursement, which depends on the provider and your policy.
By accessing and using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and that you assume full responsibility for any decisions you make and any actions you take as a result. You understand that DrFuncKey provides information and introductions only, and that all clinical care, testing and treatment are provided by independent third parties over whom we have no control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive and discharge DrFuncKey, its founders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses of any kind — whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable — arising out of or in any way connected with: your use of the Service; any content, suggestion, price or mapping provided through it; any introduction or referral we make; and any act, omission, error, delay, negligence, diagnosis, non-diagnosis, treatment, non-treatment, result or outcome of any independent practitioner, laboratory, imaging centre, therapy provider or other third party you reach through the Service. In short, by agreeing to these Terms and using the Service, you agree not to hold DrFuncKey liable for the services, decisions or outcomes of the independent providers to whom we refer you, or for any consequence of your own health decisions. You accept that responsibility rests with you and with the licensed professionals you choose to engage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrFuncKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, nor for any loss of profits, health, data, goodwill or opportunity, however arising, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims connected with the Service shall be limited to the amount, if any, you paid to DrFuncKey directly for use of the Service, which in most cases is nil because the Service is free to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DrFuncKey and the persons listed above from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or any decision or action you take in reliance on the Service.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you give us and for any decisions you make. You agree not to misuse the Service, not to rely on it as your sole source of health guidance, not to use it to attempt to self-diagnose or self-treat in place of professional care, and not to use it on behalf of another person without authority. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or misappropriate the Service or its content, and not to use it for any unlawful, harmful or misleading purpose.

DrFuncKey does not diagnose, prescribe, interpret results or provide medical care of any kind. No content on this Service should be used to self-diagnose or self-treat, to decide for yourself which tests you "need," or to start, stop or alter any medication or treatment. Those decisions belong with a registered medical practitioner who has examined you and knows your history.
Advanced and screening tests carry real benefits and real limitations. A result out of range is not a diagnosis, and a normal result is not a guarantee of health. Screening can produce false positives and false negatives, both of which carry consequences. Some of the tests and therapies we describe are new, evolving, off-label, or not approved by regulators for the purpose you have in mind, and we say so where we know it. What any of it means for you can only be judged in the context of your full clinical picture.
Emergencies. The Service is not designed for medical emergencies and must never be used for one. If you are experiencing severe, sudden or worsening symptoms, chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, thoughts of self-harm, or any situation you believe may be urgent, do not use DrFuncKey — contact your doctor immediately, go to the nearest emergency department, or call local emergency services without delay.
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Typically we receive only what you choose to send us: a description of how you feel or what you would like to understand, and the contact details (such as your name and WhatsApp number or email) needed so that an independent practitioner's team can reach you. We do not ask you to upload medical records to use the basic Service, and we ask that you avoid sending sensitive health documents through general channels unless specifically requested as part of arranging a referral. Any health information you do share is treated as confidential and is used only for the purpose of helping you and making an appropriate introduction.
We use your information to respond to you, to help you understand your options, and to connect you with the relevant independent practitioner, laboratory or provider. We may use aggregated, de-identified information to improve our content and Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
When you ask us to arrange or route a service, you authorise us to share the information necessary for that purpose with the relevant independent practitioner, laboratory or provider, who then handles it under their own privacy obligations and becomes responsible for it. We may also use trusted service providers (for example, hosting, messaging or analytics) who process information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, and we may disclose information where required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of DrFuncKey or others.
Because WhatsApp is our main channel, when you message us you also become subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices, which are outside our control. By initiating contact, you consent to us communicating with you on that channel about your enquiry and any related referral. Standard messaging rates from your provider may apply, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described here or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Our website may also use basic cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the Service is used; you can control cookies through your browser settings.
All content on the Service — text, design, layout, graphics, logos and the "DrFuncKey" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. Branded names of specific tests belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for identification and education. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
The Service may link to or reference third-party websites, providers and resources. We provide these for convenience and education only. We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for third-party content, products, services or practices, and your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, the law or our practices. The current version, with its "last updated" date, will always be available here, and your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under consumer-protection law, you agree that the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or connected with the Service or these Terms.
